Clients who purchase a session or project may use delivered images for personal use, including:
- Displaying prints
- Sharing privately
- Posting on personal social media
Personal use does not include business or commercial use unless agreed in writing.
Prohibited Uses
Without written permission, you may not:
- Download or screenshot images from this site
- Edit, alter, or apply filters
- Remove watermarks
- Sell, license, or distribute images
- Use images for commercial purposes
- Use images in misleading or harmful ways
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Social Media Use
Clients may share images from their session on personal social media accounts if:
- Images are not altered in a way that misrepresents the work
- Credit is appreciated (tagging @squidthings)
- Images are not used to promote a business without a license
Non‑clients may not repost images without permission.
Commercial & Licensing Use
For advertising, branding, editorial, or commercial use, a separate license agreement is required.
